True Random Number Generator Picker

number pickerThe widget NumberPicker from Android is vertical, with the increase and decrease buttons above and below the number display. Is it possible to make it horizontal? With the buttons on the leftIs there any attribute to tell a (standard) NumberPicker to stop after its last value? E.g. if my MinValue was 0 and my MaxValue was 5 the NumberPicker just repeats itself after
